Chris Wilson Joins HyphaMetrics as CEO

NEW YORK, NY, Jan. 31st, 2023  — HyphaMetrics, the leading company forging the future of measurement using cutting-edge Computer Vision Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology, has announced the appointment of former Comscore Chief Commercial Officer, Chris Wilson as CEO, to lead the next phase of the company’s aggressive growth and expansion strategy. 

Wilson is a lifelong media executive with a robust track record of success. Working in the television and digital advanced advertising, technology, and measurement sectors for over twenty-five years, Wilson brings extensive executive leadership experience. He has vast knowledge across the advanced advertising measurement industry, ad-tech, and mar-tech, at both large private and public companies, as well as start-ups. Before HyphaMetrics, Wilson served as Chief Commercial Officer at Comscore. His mission was to further the development of new products and services to measure video across every platform and to integrate digital, TV, and cross-platform organizations through consistent best practices across Comscore’s commercial teams. Wilson oversaw the global Commercial, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams in this role.

Wilson joins HyphaMetrics as the company continues to build on the growth and momentum established by Drews, the former CEO. Drews founded the HyphaMetrics with CTO Gerardo Lopez and led the company from its founding and establishment in the marketplace through its successful proof of concept and marketplace growth. Under Drews’ leadership, HyphaMetrics worked with companies from across the media landscape, secured a groundbreaking omnibus patent for its AI/ML approach to measurement, and raised capital from a group of executives from across the entire media community inclusive of networks, agencies, multichannel video programming distributors (MVPDs), research companies and media platforms. The company’s clientele includes major publishers, media advertising platforms, industry organizations, media research companies and more.
